Mugunghwa No.35 is 90.0 meters long, 14.0 meters wide, and 7.4 meters deep, and can sail at a maximum speed of 18 knots (33 kilometers per hour) with two 2,920 kilowatts.
 
In addition, it equipped three high-speed short boats (14-meter, two 8-meter), two 110-meter water cannons, and telemedicine imaging to respond to illegal fishing of Chinese.
 
Telemedicine imaging equipment is a device that allows hospital specialists to remotely check the condition of patients and perform emergency treatment.
 
The Mugunghwa No.35 is the first of the six Fisheries Guidance Boat that will be built at 189 billion won and delivered to the West Sea Fisheries Management Team at the end of October this year after rigging and experimental trip.
 
Kim Ok-Sik, head of the West Sea Fisheries Management Service, said, "Two large national fishing boats built in Korea were equipped with helicopter landing sites and telemedicine imaging equipment to help prevent emergencies.“
And he said "We will deploy additional fishing boats in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) from November and actively respond to Chinese illegal fishing," he said.
