Daehan Shipbuilding Receives 1+1 Oil Products Carrier from Greek Shipping Company
Daehan Shipbuilding announced on August 22 that it has succeeded in receiving new orders from Neda Maritime in Greece as a result of its non-face-to-face online order activities to overcome the extreme crisis in which most shipowners have suspended orders and couldn't do face-to-face business activities.
The ship is a 115,000 DWT LR-2 (Long Range-II) PC (Long Range-II) with 249.97 meters in length, 44 meters in width, and 21.2 meters in height and is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2021.
This is the first time that Nedamari Time, a legitimate Greek shipping company, has placed an order with Daehan Shipbuilding. Through this contract, has been proved the brand value of tankers (115,000 DWT-grade tankers and petroleum products carriers) accumulated in Europe, especially Greece.
On the other hand, it is expected that the order ensures stable work and continuous production, which will energize executives, employees, and local communities.
